📁 Will My Data Be Safe During Repairs?Normal Screens and Battery repairs, no data will be lost. For Software, Board, and Liquid Damage, data preservation is not guaranteed.

⏳ How Long Will the Repair Take?On average, most iPhone screen faults are fixed the same day within 1 hour. For other repairs please contact us for check specific items, in the booking section.

💧 How Should I Handle Water Damage?Immediately turn off the device and remove the battery (if possible). Do not turn on or charge the device. Bring it to us for water removal and board cleaning.

iPhone Back Glass Repair Time-Frame?This repair can take 3-4 hours from start to finsh, depending on the iPhone model and severity of damage caused. We usally hope to have the back fully repaired same-day for collection.

📵 My iPhone Shows "Disabled, Connect to iTunes." What Should I Do?Your device will need a factory reset using a computer, resulting in data loss. If you have an iCloud backup, you may retrieve some/all of your data. Activation requires your iTunes/iCloud account email and password. Go to our service page for information.

📜 Issues, Blacklisted, Lost FoundOnce the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds will NOT be issued if your device is already unlocked, wrong IMEI, wrong network, lost / stolen, blacklisted, or if you do not meet the requirements above.
